My first time using a real estate agent to purchase a home was working with the Rob Campbell Team. We met Rob during an open house for another home. He wanted to know what we wanted in a home rather than just trying to sell as the open house home. Other real estate agents we met at open houses were only interested in selling us the home being shown and seemed to be assessing whether we could actually afford the home being shown. It took us 2 years to find the home, that met our requirements.
After the Team found us the home that met our requirements, they helped us through the home inspection process and closing.
